You Are Worth Prioritizing
Reaching out to a therapist is not always easy- that's why I take pride in creating a safe space where you can openly share your concerns. I believe that therapy is something that you should look forward to each week- to have the space for you to process what you need to and take time for you because you deserve that. I want you to have the space to explore where limiting thoughts and beliefs are coming from and how to change them so that you can move through life with a greater sense of empowerment and peace.
My practice is mainly focused on supporting adults with symptoms of anxiety who may be struggling with setting boundaries, managing work stress, or prioritizing themselves. I like therapy to feel conversational and empowering for you to get what you need each week. My approach is also solution-focused so you can feel supported to set and achieve your goals.
I offer mindfulness skills to practice on your own and can even lead you through mindfulness practices, including meditation and yoga practices.
